The embodiment of pedantry

Whereas some people, like my good self, just order a turkey from the butcher, former Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin likes them a little fresher. On Thursday she went to pick her own one out, from the live ones that is. That I could get over, she just like them fresh. The strange thing is she ended up throwing an impromptu press conference/questions and answers session while turkeys were literally being slaughtered behind her – perhaps she’s just a little blindsighted when it comes to trying to keep herself in the news.
